We tiered markets into P1 (core STEM hubs) and P2 (high-potential up-and-coming), shifting dollars daily toward the lowest CPA pockets. India, Kenya and Nigeria quickly became breakout stars. - Channel Stack Built for Discovery & Intent

4. Always-On Optimization Cadence
Across the 58-day sprint we executed 30+ in-flight tweaks—from expanding lookalikes to 5 % when frequency spiked, to launching “Last-Chance” retargeting in the final two weeks.


WHAT THIS MEANT FOR WORLDQUANT
- A record talent pipeline. Registrations leapt from 14,292 to 33,210, giving the recruitment team its deepest pool yet.
- Efficiency at scale. Even as spend doubled, average CPA fell to one-third of competitor benchmarks in key markets like India and Kenya.
